Our pigs are athletes! They have acres of forest for eating and exercising, foraging for acorns, grubs, grass, and other woodland snacks. While we typically butcher in late fall or early winter, we have cuts available year-round.
We raise our pigs with an emphasis on animal comfort and a quality diet, to produce incredible pork. We are extremely proud of how much space our animals have to run and roughhouse with each other, and always get comments on how easy going they are due to our low-stress handling techniques. In addition to what they forage for themselves in the woods, they are fed cranberries from our farm in the fall, and always have free access to grain produced at our local mill, Ventura Grain.
