Our chops are bone-in, 1.5″ thick, with the fat left on for maximum flavor and a juicier bite.

Country Ribs
Cooked well, our spare and country ribs are buttery and fall apart-tender.

This is the cut for pulled pork. Be sure to season it well, cook it low and slow, and enjoy!
