Asparagus season runs May through early June.
We grow a linear mile of asparagus! We harvest the shoots in May and June which is the only time they are available for sale. Check back in May 2026 to order asparagus.
All our crops are grown with an emphasis on soil health and minimizing pesticide use. For our asparagus, that means using big heaps of mulch to bury weeds and feed the soil. We do not till or spray. We have some pest pressure in our asparagus patch, but not enough to entice us to treat for them.
